Mediation

• Acting for and representing Lake Turkana Wind Power in a court ordered ninety (90) day extensive mediation overseen by the County Assembly of Marsabit, Marsabit County Government together with co-opted mediators from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya Chapter),
• the Kenya National Human Rights Commission, the Commission on Administrative Justice (the Ombudsman), the Survey of Kenya and the Law Society of Kenya.
• Acting for and advising Azalea Holdings Limited in court annexed mediation proceedings overseen by a single mediator appointed by the court. The mediation proceedings last for a duration of sixty (60) days, therefore parties have a limited timeframe to conduct their negotiations.

Arbitration

• Representing and advising the client in relation to arbitration proceedings against Geothermal Development Company Limited (GDC) at the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) seeking to recover outstanding contractual debt.

Legal Audit

• Advising a leading life and general insurance company in relation to the audit and review of its corporate, employment and regulatory contracts and policies.

• Assisting and providing legal support to OLA Energy Kenya Limited in navigating business disruptions caused by the global pandemic (Covid-19) and assisting the client in ensuring the continuity of smooth business operations despite Covid-19.
